They are always welcoming and pleased to see me. It’s definitely a family vibe. I love that they have unique pieces, both new and estate. I’ve had pieces repaired, jewelry cleaned, and appraisals done, in addition to purchasing new pieces.I have recommended him to family members who have also done repeat business with them. Nadia Barnini Absolutely love this local shop. Beautiful custom pieces, great prices, and quick with repairs! I showed them a picture of a setting I found online and they were able to recreate it for a fraction of the price. I bring my husband’s chain in frequently and they fix it for me on the spot. Definitely worth stopping in if you are shopping for something new or want to spruce up something old! I sent my friend in for a repair of her wedding band and she was equally as impressed. Timothy Zito I just had a 3-hour large-scale tattoo done by Kelly, and I genuinely couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. I have very sensitive skin due to an autoimmune disorder, and Kelly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and cared for every step of the way. She took the time to understand my skin sensitivities and adjusted her approach to accommodate them, which I’ve never experienced at any other shop. She also gave me clear, thoughtful aftercare instructions tailored specifically to my skin type. The fact that I could purchase the exact soap and healing creams she recommended directly from the shop was a huge bonus—super convenient and no guesswork. The shop itself has a really chill, friendly atmosphere. It’s an open-floor concept, which somehow makes it feel both laid-back and professional at the same time. They offer snacks and drinks, which came in handy during a long session. The entire team there is welcoming and clearly passionate about what they do. My tattoo turned out even better than I imagined, and it’s healing beautifully thanks to Kelly’s expert care. I’ll absolutely be back for more work and can’t recommend Kelly—and the whole shop—highly enough. If you have sensitive skin or just want an artist who genuinely cares, she’s the one.

Triston Quitugua They did an awesome job. Cory was super great and did a fantastic job on my necklace. Monahan jewelry in Atlantic beach told me they could not fix my necklace and told me it was not worth keeping. Fast fix in St Johns town center was also not able to fix it. I highly recommend Master Jewelry, they even gave me a 3 month warranty
