Took my five month old baby and it was such great service they even have a video stand to entertain baby during the process and they pierce both ears at a time, even give a cute little plushie at the end my baby loved it and loved the owner/worker her energy was beautiful! Cojomo I came to this jeweler to get my ring sized and was very pleased with the results. I dropped my ring off and by the very next morning it was ready for pickup! I was worried it would be expensive but it was not at all. Would definitely recommend this jeweler to anyone in the surrounding Pensacola area. 10/10

Melissa Maneri I walked into Dover Jewelry disappointed with prior appraisals on a ring - they were honest, said it was worth a little more they what I was told, and said they would do their best..... 48 hours later and it was sold for double it was appraised for! Ive also had a set of earrings and a different ring fixed (lost diamonds) and it was fixed perfectly, quickly, and affordably. The Dover Team was welcoming, communicative, and knowledgeable every time Ive come to them. They have exquisite taste and you can tell by their inventory (and the team :-). Allie Telfer So quick story- I went here and spent over $120 while on vacation. They had some extremely beautiful things and I was super excited about it. Then my scrambled brain went and put my bags in the WRONG car. I went back in the talk to my mom for a second and when I came back the car was gone. The lady that worked there was super nice and even offered to have the owner remake the cross I had bought. I left my number and ended up getting my purchases back thanks to a lot of honest people. Aside from that, this place is a must go for any tourists! I went to a lot of different souvenir shops and none came close to this one. It was full of stunning handmade items. Would 11/10 recommend!
