My Mom passed away in January so I went in with three different diamond rings that I wanted combined into one. Most of it is very beautiful. Bruce and Jean really care a lot about their customers, and really care that the craftsmanship of the stones, settings, and the work they do for you lasts. We got my wifes engagement ring and wedding ring, and my own wedding ring, from there. When I was shopping around, it was important to me that I didnt just get something mass-produced and overpriced, but beautiful and unique with a history. Plus, I was completely ignorant and she was more than happy to give me a complete education. It was a perfect experience and exactly what i was looking for. We came in several times after for a free cleaning for her.

Westminster Edouard I was charged $200 for an extra link for my bracelet. Instead of actually adding the link, they worked the last link to lengthen it. Furthermore, they had to refund me $300 that was charged on my card as tip.
