Steven Schragel I wish all service stores were like this. they were so honest and helpful when i brought a gold chain in for cleaning and repair after it was accidentally washed in the laundry. after a hard look and hand polish they told me I didnt have to spend money on anything else since it wouldnt be worth it. Tufi Brigadorski I had the pleasure of meeting with Daniel for the first time today, and, I was immediately impressed with his responsiveness, professionalism, friendliness, and business acumen. It cannot be overstated, nobody offers a better deal, nobody! Firstly, although I initially missed him by phone call, he sent me a text message to let me know that he had missed my call and looked forward to connecting with me. No other jewelry business I have worked with has gone this extra step to make my inquiry feel this valuable. When I arrived to his office, I instantly felt that I was in the presence of a sincere and trustworthy businessman. He greeted me and confirmed our appointment, then invited me in. The office space is adorned with tasteful art, my favorite pieces being the peacock ornaments and the statue of the Greek goddess (Athena?) When I sat down with him, he spoke to me as if I were a friend, he explained to me certain things about the business that I never heard before, which strengthened my understanding of why some other jewelers conducted themselves the way that they did. Needless to say, Daniel went above and beyond to distinguish my experience from the others, and, it cannot be overstated - his deals *will not* be beaten. He accepted my initial proposal, which, honestly, stunned me a bit, since no other jeweler in my area came close! Michael Smith Our friend referred us to Conrad Jewelry when I told her I needed a reputable, honest jeweler for my parents estate jewelry and silver. We live an hour away but trusted my friends referral. My husband and I, without an appointment, brought in lots of jewelry to determine its value. The owner, Ron, and his lovely daughter took the time to evaluate every piece. He gave us a fair market value and was honest about the pieces that were not of value. We then brought in our jewelry that needed repairs. Ron took the time to tell us exactly how they would be repaired and the costs associated. We felt he was very honest with the quotes. We returned with more jewelry, silverware, and diamonds for him to evaluate. Again, we received a fair market value. We picked up the repaired jewelry and were very satisfied with their condition. They literally looked new. We highly recommend Conrad Jewelry for repairs and selling estate jewelry. We will certainly recommend Conrad Jewelry to our family and friends.

Craig Gammon Stopped in while on vacation to shop for my wife’s birthday. Phuong was great. He does amazing work. It is rare that you find a jeweler who is both willing AND able to make you a piece from scratch. He also offered to modify several pieces if we wanted. He showed us works in progress as well as finished designs. He is the kind of man who will make a deal on your word. You are not going to find run of the mill mass produced pieces. The things he has, however, are beautiful and very likely one of a kind. Great store, wonderful service and we will be stopping in again when we are back that way.

I’ve always used a whole in the wall tailorer or seamstress, I knew I couldn’t do that for my wedding dress! Angela took my over sized dress and made it a Fit like a glove!
