We returned with more jewelry, silverware, and diamonds for him to evaluate. Again, we received a fair market value. We picked up the repaired jewelry and were very satisfied with their condition. From the first conversation over the phone, she not only was informative about products and services but how to get from Titusville to there STRESS FREE!!!! Then meeting her when I came in to get some rings cleaned and polished up and a repair on a necklace. Window shopped while there, left my sparklies and went home. Came back the NEXT morning to pick up our pieces and man did they sparkle and shine. Better than new. My husband bought a one of a kind tennis bracelet from Robert’s that I loved so much I went in to talk to them about redesigning a ring that had been reset by another jewelry that we bought it from multiple times and was still giving me trouble.
