My husband bought a one of a kind tennis bracelet from Robert’s that I loved so much I went in to talk to them about redesigning a ring that had been reset by another jewelry that we bought it from multiple times and was still giving me trouble. I also had some stones from a family heirloom ring I wanted to see if they could incorporate. They did and the ring was transformed into something beyond my expectations! Now it is stunning and also includes cherished family stones! Whether shopping for something new or looking to update a family stone - look no further than Robert’s! 5 /5 Joe Feheley: I went to Roberts Jewelry & Design to have the battery for my Breitling watch replaced, and they were awesome. I have a watch kit at home and tried a DIY home battery replacement. I was great at getting all the screws out. When it came time to put the microscopic screws that hold down the battery case back in, it was a complete failure. I called Roberts and spoke with Logan, who said its a common story. She said to bring it in, and well replace the battery while you wait. I took my collection of screws in, and she used her apparent super vision and surgeon like hands to put the watch back together. Thanks for saving the day Logan.
