Kathleen McLean I am so impressed with Allen’s Jewelers I need to express my gratitude. Mary Ann took the knot out of the chain of a necklace for me. She then gave me a jewelry box and arranged the necklace so it won’t get knotted when I send it in the mail. To my surprise she didn’t charge me for the repair or for the box. I am so thankful to her. While I was waiting I looked at such beautiful pieces of jewelry. The next time I buy fine jewelry Allen’s will be the only place I consider. Upon meeting and dealing with her I can see why she garnered such rave reviews! She is professional, personable and knowledgeable. She explained everything as she worked. Curtis & Barbara Powers We absolutely love Gause & Son Jewelers! Sandy is our favorite salesperson, but everyone there is wonderful. I have had a necklace custom made to include my mother’s diamond and it is amazing, I wear it daily. My husband and I both have our Rolex watches serviced by the master watch maker on staff. Recently my husbands watch started keeping irregular time and we took it in and neither Sandy or the watchmaker would quit until they had figured out the problem! Deanna Butts I was a little afraid of shopping online for an upgrade to my engagement ring, but Venazia was awesome. My person, Nathalie, was extremely helpful and kept me updated the entire time. I designed my own ring and Nathalie helped me thru the design process and sent me mock ups. The fit was perfect and the outcome was perfect! I absolutely loved the rings!! Thank you, Nathalie!! Update - I’ve lost some weight and I needed my ring to be resided by a quarter size. While at that, I wanted a few changes to the ring after living in it for a few months. Nathalie, once again, was amazing! She worked with me to get the perfect fit and make the little changes that I wanted to my ring. I cannot express gratification enough! Updated photos are attached!

Brittany Hubschman I’ve worked with Matthew’s Jewelers in Plantation before, and they have always been wonderful to work with. Most recently, I worked with Alan, and he went above and beyond to make the experience seamless. We designed three rings together, and he created 3D resins so we could try them on before moving forward with the casting process, which was such a helpful step. We were also on a tight deadline for one of the rings, and Alan was able to have all three completed in time. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and customer service was all outstanding. I couldn’t be happier with the final pieces and the entire experience. Highly recommend Matthew’s Jewelers!
