Micheal Awesome customer service when walked inside the store. Made us feel like family instead of just another customers through the door. Explained the warranty plan on the item we bought. Very knowledgeable on all jewelry we looked at. Wife bought emerald ear rings and an emerald pendant with chain.

ShelleMe 78 Went this past Saturday for a late Mother’s Day gift and my daughter who’s is a new mother wanted to pick up some makeup items. We received exceptional customer service from the clerk who was running the department, I believe her name was Aaliyah. We usually go to Ulta but now JCPenney might be our new spot. She was spot on with the customer service and the knowledge and time she spent with us on your products.

Ashley Mikula Brought in my grandmother’s diamond necklace that is my daily wear due to the diamond becoming loose in the prongs. I contacted the shop to see if they were able to repair it, the gentleman said to bring it in. My boyfriend drove it over to have it repaired and cleaned. The gentleman was able to get it repaired and cleaned on the spot! Overall a great experience and will hopefully be back with the future needs (& maybe some wants!) Couldn’t recommend this spot more for friendly, helpful and quick service!

L P My husband and I visited this store today (Thursday afternoon) for the first time in the nearly 2 years that weve been in Florida and we were pleasantly surprised by the variety of items under one roof. There is plenty to look at from umbrellas in wine bottle-shaped cases to hand-crafted jewelry to useful (and ornamental) home goods. There is a large price range. The bigger artisan glass centerpieces are obviously not for anyone with a modest budget, but if you know the work that goes into that art, I can understand the price tag... We were only supposed to be browsing while waiting for our order from Cheesecake Factory, but a pair of custom socks at the stand next to the counter caught my eye. The gray socks had "Worst Gift Ever" embroidered onto them next to a sad-looking sock sitting on steps. I decided that those would be PERFECT for a Dirty Santa gift exchange at work. (I was right - the gift recipient LOVED them!). I also bought motivational stickers to add to my holiday cards for decoration and a kitschy alligator pin for the lapel of my jacket. At the checkout counter, I met the owner, Paula, who was very friendly, informative, and efficient. She even neatly gift wrapped the socks (how thoughtful!) since I mentioned that I was bringing them with me to my holiday office party later that afternoon. I will definitely be visiting this store again for gift ideas and to see the new seasonal items that Paula displays the next time were in town. Ill tell my friends about this place so they can enjoy the interesting variety that this gift shop carries. Thanks for making our first visit a pleasant and memorable experience!

Carolina Louro Had an amazing experience shopping at this little spot. I saw them at the mall and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I was able to find multiple gifts for family members and a little treat for myself. Definitely worth it, the product is 100% silver, modern and stunning. Highly recommended!

AM Fife So far so good! Instantly felt relief from my fibro in my neck and shoulders within 3 to 5 mins of putting them on. I have necklace, bracelet. And ankle bracelet. Mark was very informative and I figured couldnt hurt was gonna give it a try! And to my surprise. I have had relief .So im so glad I tried it!
