2 /5 valoree: Had a ring with artists insignia polished there. When I got it back the insignia was gone. Too much polishing? Had an engagenent ring sized. Antique ring. They tumbled and chem. cleaned it w/out asking me. Duamknd bagguette came out. Bought an aquamarine ring. 6+ carat stone was described to me as "exquisite" for its color. Turned out it was colorized. I have given up. Why? When repairs are done, they soon wind up broken again. Restringing pearls they do well. But that is all!

When it came time for myself to research and purchase my fiances engagement ring and wedding band, I felt that there was no one better to trust with this process. I dont know much about diamonds and how to look for the proper details (color, cut, clarity) so the process seemed intimidating. I have never felt so comfortable in a purchasing process. The entire staff is VERY helpful and extremely well versed on their trade. My recent experience was this afternoon today with "Matt". He is the second generation owner and operator of Jon Paul Jewelers. What a smooth process it was sourcing and building my fiances wedding band of her dreams. He was very quick in answering all our questions and providing us with the info we needed to make sure we made her happy! Not once did we feel pressured or uncertain. Trust is very important when it comes down to big purchases, especially ones that hold so much value and meaning in a persons life- and there is NO ONE I would trust other than the staff at Jon Paul Jewelers. I look forward to doing business with them again and again in the future! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

I am completely impressed, plus I came by them because several of my friends had only good things to say about them. This is the jeweler to see!
