Lilianna Gekhtin Amazing product and absolutely amazing customer service. I bought a bracelet for my husband and it needed a repair. We went to the store and within 5 min, they completely replaced it since it was bought 11 months ago. You hardly see a service like that these days.

lexiburk Chase has been an absolute pleasure to work with when it came to getting my jewelry repaired. Very grateful for him to be so knowledgeable and letting me know I need to stop wearing my jewelry while working because I’m making them weak. As heartbreaking as that is I’m glad informed me. I have had a necklace custom made to include my mother’s diamond and it is amazing, I wear it daily. My husband and I both have our Rolex watches serviced by the master watch maker on staff. Recently my husbands watch started keeping irregular time and we took it in and neither Sandy or the watchmaker would quit until they had figured out the problem! We highly recommend Gause & Son Jewelers for any and all of your jewelry needs and desires!

Ashley Mikula Brought in my grandmother’s diamond necklace that is my daily wear due to the diamond becoming loose in the prongs. I contacted the shop to see if they were able to repair it, the gentleman said to bring it in. My boyfriend drove it over to have it repaired and cleaned. The gentleman was able to get it repaired and cleaned on the spot! Overall a great experience and will hopefully be back with the future needs (& maybe some wants!) Couldn’t recommend this spot more for friendly, helpful and quick service!

Janie Renaud I had a wonderful experience at Pembroke Jewelers. Melissa greeted me and had suggestions for repair of a vintage bracelet. She was very professional and got back to me with the cost after the jeweler assessed it. Very fair price and quick repair. I picked up the bracelet and they not only repaired the clasp and added a few links but cleaned it and polished it. Beautiful work.
