From the moment we walked in, she made us feel welcome, cared for, and confident in our decision. Her professionalism and care made the entire process seamless as we added a beautiful band to my wife’s wedding ring and had it appraised. Hend, the store manager, is equally impressive. Her passion for building and maintaining genuine relationships is evident in everything she does. It’s clear she leads by example and truly cares about her customers and her team. She’s very knowledgeable, friendly and sweet! She was really invested in what we had to say and our preferences. Would recommend her for service for first time shoppers. It was a great experience :)

She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and caring as we talked through the different options for getting my engagement ring repaired. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answer all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. We came in not fully sure of what we actually wanted, but she went out of her way to show us what seemed like dozens of potential options (both custom and non), while giving us all of the pros and cons to each. Her understanding of the inventory was genuinely impressive and her personality really shined. I didn’t expect to have such a good time here, but was glad I did! Not once did we feel pressured to buy that same day or to be upsold on something that didn’t fit our tastes or needs. Pricing and timelines for custom work was transparent. It was also very nice of the General Manager to come and introduce herself to us while we were being consulted by Hannah. Thank you, Hend!
