5 /5 Janice Bonham West: I took 2 jewelry projects to Kimberlys Jewelers; the first required a custom design. Alex talked through the design with me and produced two exquisite pendants that exactly matched what I had requested. The second project involved replacing multiple diamonds in a platinum ring setting Alex ordered stones from different sources and set them beautifully, straightening the setting and polishing it so it actually looks better than when it was new! He did both projects more economically than other quotes in the area. The work was completed on time, the customer service was professional and courteous, and the whole experience was pleasant and professional. The only question I have is, why take your jewelry anywhere else? I know Ill check at Kimberly first when Im shopping for jewelry and repairs going forward.

2 /5 Roberto Cáceres: Beware of False Advertising – Disappointing Experience I recently came across an advertisement from Kimberly’s Jewelers promoting watch cleaning. The ad clearly stated “Dont be late to a meeting or other important engagement because your watch battery gave out. At Kimberlys Jewelers, we can replace batteries and complete watch repair for all makes and models of watches, so you can be where you need to be in plenty of time. In addition, we can replace or repair your watchband, clean your watch and perform any of a number of repairs necessary to keep your watch in tip top shape. We know time is important, and we can keep you on time when your watch breaks or the battery dies. We can also clean your watch so that it looks and runs like brand new.” However, when I visited the store to get my watch battery replaced and get my watch cleaned, I was told that they did not provided watch cleaning services unless the watch was a Rolex. “The ad clearly stated that the services were provided to all makes and models of watches with no specific type of watch mentioned like the gentleman in back specifically stated. The service was only available on Rolex, not all as advertised”. I reached out to the front desk lady for clarification, but unfortunately, they refused to honor the advertised service and gave vague explanations. This experience felt deceptive, and I would caution others to double-check the details before going to this store. Honest advertising is crucial for building trust, and sadly, Kimberly’s Jewelers did not meet that standard. I hope they take steps to correct this issue in the future.

5 /5 Erin Dudley: I had a pair of earrings that were too large and looked droopy on my ears. They redid the backing to get rid of the screw back and sold me a new pair of backs that fixed the problem. I have also had my TAG watch battery replaced here and a bracelet repair, all done in a professional and timely manner.

5 /5 Olivia M.: Alex is the best in town. Going to someone as knowledgeable as him can save you a ton of money. If it weren’t for Alex, we wouldn’t be as happy with my engagement ring, wedding ring, and earrings. He has also repaired my dad’s Rolex twice and does a fantastic job at that, as well. Do yourself a favor and do business with this wonderful LOCAL jeweler.

I just so happened to stumble across this place while driving and immediately I was not only able to get help but, they had a battery for the watch. I thought it was going to be a high price for the battery replacement but to my surprise it was under $20. Highly recommended
