After chatting with the owner about their custom designs, I was so impressed that I’m now in the process of having a custom bracelet made. I wanted to design a wedding band for my wife in honor of our 10 year wedding anniversary. What I gave them was a couple of simple photograps and what what we got was a One-of-A-Kind Masterpiece fit for a Queen! (my Queen). Ray Van Blarcom Went in to have the crystal on my watch put back on. They put it back on in less than 20 minutes, cleaned and polished the watch and made it look like new. Fast, friendly, courteous and absolute pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

However, I am beyond appreciative of the amazing customer service as well as the gorgeous jewelry. Theresa Mckell William Phelps Custom Jeweler did the most amazingly fabulous work completely redoing my original wedding ring. John and Aaron worked together and used the diamonds from the original setting to create this most stunning piece to be paired with my band. They credit me for the original gold that was melted down. This credit was applied to the overall cost in which I was quoted, and agreed to, at the very start. Also, I was given back any unused original diamonds, no matter how small or if ever used again. All diamonds were counted at the start and accounted for in the end. I would HIGHLY recommend them to update (rework) a piece of any kind for anyone. Wonderful, extremely talented, and 100% trustworthy to work with, from start to finish—could not have asked or wanted for more. Beyond thrilled with my new GORGEOUS set!!!! HUGE thanks to John and Aaron!!!!

Savannah Afu Super friendly and helpful staff. I got a customized bracelet and it’s absolutely adorable. The sterling silver is very nice but it does scratch easily so be careful.
