Charles Housner Second time for a jewelry repair. Todd handles jewelry repair and Dinah and staff work with the customers. Todds work is superior; and, Dinah and her staff are cordial and customer centric. This jeweler provides good value and good customer service. I recommend them. 9/27/16 I continue to patronize this shop for repairs and service. They are top notch...easy to work with, their prices are fair, and they provide excellent value. You can trust them with you most valuable jewelry. I highly recommend them.

Took in two watches for repair (one for battery replacement, the other for link removal from band) and both were done on the spot and completed in less than 20 minutes. Mr. T Recently had a repair done on a chain/pendant set I’ve had for over 20 years! This is actually the original Tiger Iron dog tag. Perfect size in my opinion. I also had the chain lengthened and added a Saint Christopher’s medallion. Between Keith, Luis and Anisha I was very well taken care of! It was very enjoyable to learn about the history of some of the pieces and to see such passion from those who work with the company. Thank you all for a pleasurable experience!
