Zarina Vazquez My urn necklace with my Grandpa inside broke a few months back & Ive been afraid to take it to get repaired because it’s so special to me & i didn’t want it to be damaged beyond repair. But the other day I finally decided to take it in & I found Lemieux, Augustus & Jessica were very kind & Augustus was able to fix my necklace & cleaned it for me free of charge! I can’t express enough how much this means to me. I am eternally grateful to them for giving me my grandpa back around my neck. Thank you both 100000x!!!!

Carson Vazquez I had the absolute pleasure of having Erica T. help me with an engagement ring purchase back in April 2025. She was extremely kind, helpful, and friendly. I spent a good amount of time comparing different stones, bands, designs, etc., and Erica was patient through it all. I opted for a custom ring per her suggestion to take the single center stone from one ring and put it as the center stone in another band that contained side stones. The ring was ready for pickup less than two weeks later and it turned out beautifully. Fast forward to June, I planned out the proposal. I took my now fiancé up to one of our favorite spots while we were on vacation, the Blue Ridge Parkway. While we were stopped enjoying one of the many views, I got down on one knee with the mountains surrounding us and popped the question, it was perfect. She said yes and was completely in love with her ring. I appreciate everything Erica did for me to have a proper ring to propose with. I recommend any and all to KAY jewelers, as I was very pleased with the entire experience. I promised I’d leave a review for you Erica, so although a few months late, I didn’t forget :). Andrea Deratany I’ve been to this location twice. I live three hours away. That should tell you something. I am a huge fan of crystals and always have been for years. A lot of crystal stores I’ve been to offer tumbled, polished, and sometimes fake crystals. There is nothing wrong with tumbled and polished crystals however I love a crystal shop with variety. This is the place. I’ve gotten so many beautiful crystals and statement pieces here. The service is impeccable and I’m always helped. Fantastic place with fantastic crystals. My favorites I’ve gotten from here are Grape Agate and Pink Amethyst. It is a little pricey but hey! High quality crystals. I will be back.

alma mcauley Absolutely professional and delightful! I walked in with a Rolex watch that stopped working, Brad told me they stopped working on Rolex watches but that he was happy to check it out. He got it working again and on top of that he cleaned it for me. I went to them because of their background and great reviews, they are going to be my Jeweler for life, check them out!

Stephanie Brant I cannot highly recommend Jamie enough! For our tenth wedding anniversary we wanted to duplicate my wedding band and struggled to find the perfect person for the job, until we were referred to Jamie.
