Roxanne Johnson Kara was simply amazing. I told her that I needed a new clasp, she explained that it would take a while because she was a little backed up. Once she took a closer look, she repaired the existing clasp on my chain in less than a minute. She’s kind, honest and takes pride in her work! I’ll definitely take all my jewelry and watches to her.

Brianna Turnbull Ive stopped here a couple times on trips to Key West and have found really beautiful, unique pieces! Its a great shop for souvenirs. Im in love with the reversible rings!! The woman working there has been extremely helpful and kind each visit. I will definitely be back on my next trip!

Each piece is made to last - the quality is obvious. I purchased a necklace for my stepdaughter who just returned from Greece - she said the stone reminds her of the Mediterranean. Lux DeeLight Kinsey I stopped by Kay jewelers to get what I thought was a new battery for my vintage watch. Dina immediately warmly greeted me when I walked in the store and asked how she could help. She was very complementary of my watch and took it back to see about changing the battery. When she returned, she explained the battery is old-fashioned and it does not need a battery. She kindly impatiently explain how the watch worked So now I can confidently wear my vintage watch and keep it working. She didn’t charge me anything for her services, and gave me a thorough explanation of the features. She was able to identify on my vintage watch. My day is brighter And I’m more knowledgeable because of Dina.

Brittany Hubschman I’ve worked with Matthew’s Jewelers in Plantation before, and they have always been wonderful to work with. Most recently, I worked with Alan, and he went above and beyond to make the experience seamless. We designed three rings together, and he created 3D resins so we could try them on before moving forward with the casting process, which was such a helpful step. We were also on a tight deadline for one of the rings, and Alan was able to have all three completed in time. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and customer service was all outstanding. I couldn’t be happier with the final pieces and the entire experience. Highly recommend Matthew’s Jewelers!
