C Kristin (Kris) I am absolutely in love with Watson Jewelers! I visited the store for the first time, in need of an appraisal on a ring I had recently purchased. Philip immediately greeted me, and was very welcoming. I was completely comfortable with his expertise in jewelry and felt he was honest with the final outcome and price. He spent a great deal of time and research making me feel valued as a customer. I ended up getting my ring polished and cleaned, which turned out stunningly beautiful! Mr.Phillip, you have gained a dedicated customer, and I will be returning for future purchases.

However, I am beyond appreciative of the amazing customer service as well as the gorgeous jewelry. Recently I had a ring that lost a stone and they were willing without hesitation to redesign the ring without additional charge to me. Kathy just wants the customer to be happy. It’s hard to find a store in Boca that exceeds my expectations every time I do business with them. Thank you. I highly recommend this family owned store.

Reed Demos I have been many places in my life throughout many years of traveling the world. That being said, I have never been to a place that has left my soul as satisfied as my inner quest. The store owner Louis literally had an aura around him that had me questioning whether or not he was an angel that had fallen from the heavens only to serve in his current capacity so that my path in life would alter in ways that cannot be expressed in such a small word count. Without him, the jewelry, paired with impossible to find antiques and relics... I would be a mere mortal and not the heaven struck pawn that I currently find myself. If I could write tears so that they seep from the mobile device that this review is being read.. I would do it. Take five stars, multiply it by a trillion and take it to the depths of infinity and you will only begin to understand the untapped, unaltered, prodigious potential of this shopping experience.

carla911pr63 I came by 2x and Kim Thank Jewelers was closed. I finally got found the perfect gift I was looking for to give both my daughters. An authentic Jade bangle and ring. Plus a beautiful gold band for the other child. Christine & her Mom (original owner for 40 yrs) helped put on the beautiful Jade. It was a perfect gift of love for both my girls that they can treasure forever. I definitely recommend this store and trust in their quality jewelry. Next year, I will get my Badge necklace for me and a nice bracelet for my grandson. I also got my rings cleaned and the store hours.

Michael Johnson Highly recommend. They are exceptional in watch repair. I have had multiple batteries changed in multiple watches, and the staff is friendly and very helpful. They do jewelry repair as well

Scott Eckhart Mark was exceptionally nice helping me with the ring selection,and suggesting how to utilize my mother’s diamond ring guards along with the new ring. I have very small fingers,(size 4.5) and other jewelry stores have been frustrating to work with to say the least. Mark really took his time.. and most of all listened to what I wanted. Robert Nadelberg I wanted a unique necklace as a gift for my wife, a Sabra. Sabra is a prickly pear cactus and the designation given to first generation Israelis. Stan helped me realize the idea, design, and execution. It was perfect as you can see from the picture, and she loves it!. She is the author of the book Soldier On, that describes her upbringing and struggles in the early years of the State of Israel and her personal hardships raising a family including a severely disabled son. But a Sabra is resilient and strong on the outside, yet sweet and tender when you go beyond the external shield. The cactus image is something of which she extremely proud. Thank you Stan for bringing this symbol to life!

Jaden Cacoilo Came in to get my Rolex adjusted ended up needing 2 extra links, gave me a great price! Even went as far as taking my watch apart to confirm serial numbers. Would recommend and will be a back!
