Mike Connelly Underwoods is a fantastic place to do business. I asked Gretchen Anderson for help in designing an anniversary ring for my wife that included very modest family stones passed down and she did an amazing job. To be clear this was not a big high dollar project but a very modest piece. She was so helpful and it turned out perfect! I have bought several pieces there and am happy to call Underwoods our family jeweler.

Lilianna Gekhtin Amazing product and absolutely amazing customer service. I bought a bracelet for my husband and it needed a repair. We went to the store and within 5 min, they completely replaced it since it was bought 11 months ago. You hardly see a service like that these days.

Andres Perez I found out about this place through Instagram, I browsed through their videos and website. I wasnt to sure how to go about this just because I can honestly say I have never purchased anything online. I saw something I liked and I took my chances on it, not knowing the outcome. Well I can say that I am very pleased with my purchase and the help I received over the phone through txt and email. They didnt have the piece I wanted originally in stock anymore they sold out but got me something very similar and made sure it was ok with me before they shipped out! I recieved my piece in two business days after purchase was processed just like they said. Not sure who I dealt with exactly but I can say they were great. Also i found the owner to be very helpful and a wealth of information. The best part was that i didnt feel out of place. McKinley Charlton After searching several local jewelers to assess and repair the broken hinge on my eye glass frame it was suggested to me that I go by Plantation Jewelers located in downtown Winter garden. Upon doing so, I was greeted by Anne and she took my damaged glasses to Alex (get this, hes a real master jeweler) who not only carefully assessed the issue with my glasses. But, he took the time to show me exactly where the damage had occurred under a large lighted magnifying glass, he explained the steps involved to repair my glasses, how much time it would take and the costs involved. He even offered me "a risk free warrantee" if the work he provided didnt meet my approval. Talk about "OUTSTANDING" customer service. It surely wasnt absent on this day. As a result, I must say, Alex did an "EXCEPTIONAL" job with repairing my glasses. And, it took him much less time than what he had originally estimated. Am I satisfied with the work that Alex did? You darn skippy I am. His expert craftsmanship saved me $$$.$$ from having to buy new glasses. To Alex, Anne and the staff at Plantation Jewelers, Thank you very guys very much. I hope my GBR brings you more customers.

Jamie Silberberg Amazing experience from start to finish. Quick and fair negotiation, extremely thorough and A+ communication. Received my watch within 24 hours and it was exactly as described. I was provided pictures of the exact product prior to purchase. I would recommend Gluxe for anyone looking for a trusted and reliable place to do business if you are looking for a watch. The owners, a young couple are super nice! They greet you with a smile and are willing to help in anyway they can. I stumbled by this place after looking on Google and saw a review. I decided to give them a try and boy I am very happy I did. They fixed my necklace which I have had for over 20 years and polished it up, they got it looking like my day one! OH SO HAPPY! Give them a chance, support the local neighborhood shops!
