5 /5 Shane: My girlfriend and I visited the St John’s Town Center location in Jacksonville, FL with hopes of finding the perfect engagement ring. Our experience there was exceptional and Tricia who was very sweet and charming to us is an excellent Jeweler. Tricia is very knowledgeable of Natural and Lab grown stones in general and is a well listener for putting together the right options for her customers according to what they are searching for. My girlfriend and I left the store with a good idea of what we wanted and then we ended up turning back around, going back in and purchasing the ring that same day from Tricia! Compared to the surrounding Jewelry stores in that shopping center, Zales had more options for both men and women’s rings and we would strongly suggest anyone to shop at the Zales in the St John’s Town Center in Jacksonville, FL.
