Even in the face of something completely unexpected—when an inclusion appeared in my engagement ring’s stone during a routine cleaning (a rare fluke and absolutely no fault of the jeweler)—they went above and beyond to make it right. From the very beginning, they were transparent, communicative, and incredibly empathetic to how much sentimental value my ring holds. Amy kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I felt supported through the entire process. Not only did they source a replacement stone that matched mine perfectly, but they also preserved the original one and had it set into a beautiful pendant for me to keep—a gesture that meant more to me than I can put into words. Their care, attention to detail, and genuine compassion turned what could’ve been a heartbreaking situation into something truly meaningful. I’m so grateful for the experience and would trust them with any piece, big or small.

Mike Bussell I brought my wifes necklace in because the clasp had broken. Mike at Ottos Jewelry had it fixed in no time. (I fortunately was there when no other customers were in) The professionalism, welcoming spirit, and kindness shown by the shop owners is second to none. You can tell that the craftsmanship, pride, knowledge, and experience that Ottos is is a class leader in their field.
