1 /5 Karen Horne: I took my watch in for a simple battery replacement. When I returned for my watched, Im told a loose piece was on the face (and, of course, they claim it was already broken when they got it). No, it wasnt, but whatever .. why didnt they just take the loose piece out? Now its not working again (the hands are stuck). It wasnt an expensive watch, but really? A waste of time and money. Disappointed.

1 /5 Caitlyn MacNeill: I went in wanting to reset my engagement ring as the center diamond fell out. We have the certification and everything that it is a real diamond, and they were more concerned on whether it was a diamond or not. I had previously gone to Kay’s and Zales and they were more concerned if they could fix it and add prongs to my ring. She had checked to make sure it was a diamond, and ended up telling me that it was cubic zirconia. I knew from when she said that, they were going to try to change out my center diamond. Then we were told that it would only be $60 to add the prongs to it… where has 18k gold ever been so cheap? Really don’t understand why it was more important if my diamond was a diamond or not, just wanted my ring fixed. Ended up going to get it diamond tested and it is a real diamond. Very disgusted with how they treated us.

1 /5 Shontoya Ruth: I just received my xoxo name plate in December around Christmas time and my plate wasnt laying right so they had to make some adjustments to it. Its 3 months later and my name plate literally just broke in half just from me taking it out of the box. I spent almost 2 grand on this xoxo name plate. I shouldnt be having these problems. Please dont buy any jewelry from them. I refuse to take my necklace back there just for them to do a crappy job at repairing it. I definitely regret purchasing anything from this place.
