John This is not a pawn shop like you think. You look at the location, the name, the bars on the windows and think, this place is gonna smell like cigarette smoke and be crusty like its out of a bad 1980s movie. THIS IS NOT THAT AT ALL. Their shop is incredibly clean and organized, the staff were FANTASTIC, upbeat, and eager to chat. Their assistance was TOP NOTCH, and they had no qualms about answering questions. Their Ammo prices are FANTASTIC, extremely competitive and I personally found better than big box stores. While their ammunition selection and firearms selection might not be what a dedicated gun shop has, its quite decent regardless and they do carry some odd ball stuff like 25 ACP and 38 Super Carry, in addition to 9mm, 10mm, and 45 ACP. This is a great place to find some deals, my experience easily reflects the 5 star rating I am giving them.

Whitney Little I have experienced only the upmost professional and personal expert service while working with Peggy Daven and her talented jewelers. I have visited the shop many times, having jewelry fixed, from major to minor repairs, or making purchases. My jewelry is always returned looking better and being stronger and more reliable than the piece was when I dropped it off initially. The Peggy Daven team takes great pride in their work and are an endless resource on everything having to do with jewels. I would not entrust my jewelry with anyone else. Not to mention that Daven and her jeweler’s handmade work is stunning and of unparalleled quality. If I am wanting or needing a beautiful piece of jewelry for myself or as a gift, I only need to stop by one special shop- Peggy Daven. One jewelers in particular, Leon Higgins, is a particular joy to work with on anything from a jewelry repair to your decision to purchase what will become a family heirloom. His knowledge is unmet by anyone else I have met on the island, or anywhere in the world, frankly. He is warm and kind, and he makes great effort to fully understand what you’re looking for as a customer. Every expert at Peggy Daven will go out of their way to make your jewelry dreams a reality! As one of my all time favorite shops, a well earned 5 stars!

Fallin Turner I purchased two ring from her a year ago and the diamonds fell out while washing my hands! When I returned to the business to discuss a resolution I was told there wasn’t anything wrong. It’s very obvious they are missing. He then told me that I didn’t pay $300 for it and told me he knew nothing about jewelry. He then called us liars and tried to upswell me a different set!! Never buy from here they will scam you and refuse to fix obvious issues

Christopher Cronin Went to provident to pick out a birthday gift for my wife. I explained to Jacob and Dan what she liked, and also gave them my budget of what I was looking to spend. These guys were amazing. They took out several different pieces in my range and placed them in front of me. They gave me the time to make my decision, offering advice along the way. Ultimately I went with a beautiful set of Pearls which my wife loved. These guys are professionals. I will be coming back soon!

Mike Bussell I brought my wifes necklace in because the clasp had broken. Mike at Ottos Jewelry had it fixed in no time. (I fortunately was there when no other customers were in) The professionalism, welcoming spirit, and kindness shown by the shop owners is second to none. You can tell that the craftsmanship, pride, knowledge, and experience that Ottos is is a class leader in their field.

Megan Davis Had a wonderful experience being a first time buyer here. I had SO many people recommending to come to this store, so my sister and I went and then did the guided meditation after their closing. I’ve got some really cool crystals and rocks!! The gentleman that worked there was extremely kind and helpful, I appreciate all his patience with me being such a newbie…. We are going back today (the next day!). So I highly recommend this neat shop and the kind people inside!!

Bryan Creel I wanted to get my wife a ring for our 30th wedding anniversary coming up this year. We came to Spath and Stephanie was so helpful. She spent time with us to make sure my wife found the ring that was the right fit for her finger and helped customize the number of stones for her small hand. She also pointed out some considerations we hadnt thought about which was very helpful. Stephanie really made it a great experience and we were so excited to pick up the ring. It did not disappoint! We got it yesterday and it is beautiful. Its just like what she designed for us. We also picked up the care plan because it sounded like a great deal. Ill be honest, we considered buying a ring from Amazon, but Im so glad we came here instead!

Alane Elizabeth Jax Jewelers House did an amazing job with my wedding band! My engagement ring was a unique shape and I also had a diamond from my mother’s engagement ring I wanted to include. Amir and Rahin came up with such a special design that made the pieces look fantastic together. On top of their friendly personalities and superb craftsmanship, they communicated well, had a fast turnaround time for custom work, and even made my engagement ring shine beautifully. I can’t thank them enough! 10/10
