Larry Russell Jr A Very Awesome Piece of Jewelry. The craftsmanship in the attention to the details of the lion and the chains that bind it are truly amazing. The ring feels good on my finger and its not too heavy. It is truly a masterfully crafted piece of jewelry. The sizing is perfect for a slightly below average finger. Customer Service is great. Every time I asked a question about the status of my ring, I received an immediate response. It was really great doing business with NightRider and I wouldnt hesitate purchasing more jewelry from them and I highly recommend checking them out. Al does the jewelry repairs and any other requests that you may need and is a miracle worker with jewelry!! He is the absolute best!! Andy, Stacy and the entire staff are incredible, I truly cannot say enough! I have since moved to Tennessee and had to have a repair done on my wedding ring and took it to a jewelry in Tennessee and they cracked my ring! Distraught... I called Al frantically and he said I can fix it, so my husband and I came from Tennessee to have Al fix my ring ... OMG, Al went above and beyond putting me first to fix my ring and it came out beautiful.. words cannot say how happy I am! Thank you truly and truly Al for helping me! Clover Jones I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful my experience at this place was. David, Adams, and Andrew truly impressed me with their professionalism and integrity. They were straightforward and worked within my budget. At first, I put my ring on layaway and considered taking it off for a cheaper option. When David asked me why, I explained that my brother had passed away from cancer and I needed to help with funeral expenses. He then asked if this was my first time getting married, and after I said yes, he insisted that I keep the ring and offered to take more off the price so I could afford it. I went in on Saturday with 5 pieces 30min before closing time & before mothers day..and they were able to fix up a ring for my mom within 20min on the spot! So friendly and accommodating.
