1 /5 Chad C: Im looping this store into my horrible overall Van Cleef experience. I reached out to Van Cleefs main contact number on 4/16, ready to purchase/order a bracelet. I was told I would be contacted within 24 hours. I never got a call. I called back on 4/18, and was told to contact the Naples store to help me with my order. I called that day, nobody answered the phone so I left a message. Never got a call back.
I called Van Cleefs main number again on 4/21, was again told to contact the Naples store. Naples finally called me back on 4/23, but by that point, the price of the bracelet was increased. I feel I was purposely ignored until the price change went into effect, as the bracelet was the original price, conveniently, until 4/23. Naples refused to honor the original price, which I was prepared to pay on 4/16. Feel like we were punished due to VCs customer service ineptitude, or purposely ignored until we could be charged more. Super shady.
