Customer service was exceptional and it was evident that there was a depth of knowledge and understanding of my needs. When I revisited the store, I was greeted by name and had the same, unforgettable experience.

Alexander Valledor I went in a for an engagement ring and Kathie was excellent, she helped me pick out the perfect ring. A few days later I went back with my finance to have it resized and we met Eli. We were absolutely blown away with Eli’s attention to detail and thorough explanation of the process from beginning to end, including examination of the diamond to taking photos and the ensuring we get the same ring back after resizing. Kathie was great and Eli absolutely went above and beyond! A++, thank you so much!

Heather Wright Kiki is the best! She’s helped me a handful of times now! I take forever to make a decision and she was professional and patient the entire time. She’s got a great personality and she really helps you to find what you are looking for! I’ve even came to see her twice about some charms I bought on eBay and of course most of them were fake. Sent them back to eBay and bought through Pandora with her! Recently bought the chameleon, the purple leaf, and the letter H with her on my last visit. Thanks girly! See you soon! LOL!

Paul Rutter I went in to sell jewellery and came out with a big smile after seeing a friend from college I always check online reviews before trusting a business, and that’s exactly what I did before visiting Big Boss Jewellery. To my surprise, I discovered that the owner, Andy—who used to tutor me back in college—was running the shop! Andy was very courteous and honest throughout the process. I had assumed some of my jewellery was 14k, but he carefully tested it and explained that it was actually 18k. He remembered me right away and paid me a fair price for my pieces. I 100% recommend Big Boss Jewellery. They’re a local, family-owned business that treats people with respect. Friendly, polite, and most importantly—honest.

Jennifer Russo I walked in looking for the seashell ring and was disappointed that they sold out even online but Maria at this store found me one and i was so happy and thanked her a million times. She was so nice and sweet. I really appreciated this and everyone who greeted us at the door. Isabel at checkout was also so nice and i asked her to take a knot off my Kendra Scott necklace and she did it for me and helped me with checkout as well. She was very nice and attentive and loved how she took care of me as well. Definitely come and check out the beautiful jewelry they have at this store and there nice employees.

Francesca Marciani I cyber-stalked this store online before my vacation to PCB, and headed in as soon as they opened their doors two days ago. Given that their social media accounts showed only glimpses of what they offer, I was surprised (in the best way) to see the big range of designs they had! Savannah (my apologies if I misspelled her name) was extremely attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, and I could tell that she genuinely loves her job. She patiently waited while I hemmed and hawed over various pieces, before I finally settled on a fishhook pendant that I’ve worn every day since. Gorgeous designs, huge selection. I’d be happy to come back one day!

Rocio Johnson What a wonderful store. The owners were very knowledgeable about the crystals, and they are so sweet with kids. We picked a beautiful crystal crown for my daughters birthday, and shes thrilled. Well be back!
