All of the staff members are extremely helpful and courteous. I recently visited Gold Mine this week And the item I was looking for was a special order item. I explained to them that I needed it by Friday at the latest and to my surprise they were able to get it the very next business day. I highly recommend Gold Mine jewelry.

Paul Thompson After several visits to this location over the past year, we decided to leave a review. The staff are all very attentive and very friendly. Typically one of the sales staff members walks with you or is within sight, just in case you need help with anything. Every visit, someone has been very helpful, and does the best they can to either find what were looking for, or point us in the right direction. We have purchased several pair of boots, and my brother has both purchased boots and some shirts when weve visited. For western wear, I can highly recommend this small business to anyone passing through the area. Thank you to management for hiring a good team and training good sales personnel.

What truly set this visit apart was an unexpected discovery: a stunning, pre-owned two-tone Rolex Submariner "The Bluesy" in one of their display cases. I hadnt planned on purchasing one, and honestly, online pictures dont do this watch justice! I was genuinely surprised that Kempfs had priced this lightly used, near-new watch so fairly—a stark contrast to the inflated prices often seen elsewhere. It was in pristine condition, practically brand new despite being a few months old, and came with all its original box, tags, and paperwork. It was such an incredible find that I simply couldnt pass it up! Im absolutely thrilled with this impromptu purchase and have zero regrets. Beyond the fantastic "steal," the exceptional customer service from Aly was the true closer. Her professional, kind, and attentive approach made all the difference. Its a breath of fresh air compared to how Ive been treated at other authorized Rolex dealers. Im so fortunate that my family and I live close to such a remarkable jeweler. Once she took a closer look, she repaired the existing clasp on my chain in less than a minute. She’s kind, honest and takes pride in her work! Rena Howell I visited Mandarin Jewelry based on some prior google reviews and the location was a convenient for me. I needed a ring downsized that was purchased on a recent cruise. I knew it would be challenging because of the size difference and the jewels on the band itself. Gary took me back and began working almost immediately. In less than 30 minutes, he had my ring sized from a 7 to a 3 1/2 with no loss in the integrity of the gems on the band. What wouldve been a several week process elsewhere was so easy and very reasonable!
