He was a military pilot and shared a love of travel and adventure with her. The airplane design came out perfect and is such a special tribute. Silvio was amazing throughout. He was great at communication, understood the vision right away, stayed in touch, and had it finished exactly when promised. He also worked with me on pricing, which I really appreciated. They only use sturdy, high-quality gold, and you can really see and feel the difference in the final piece. The whole process was smooth and heartfelt, and the bracelet brought a real smile to my friend’s face during a tough time. Ryan Andrade Went here to resize my grandfather‘s gold bracelet. Even though I came in close to closing time, they did it right on the spot and came out to make sure it fit exactly how I wanted before soldering. Not to mention, they charged me half the price of what I was quoted at a major jeweler who also would’ve had to ship it out to be resized, which would’ve taken 2+ weeks. Excellent craftsmanship, unbeatable prices, and phenomenal customer service.
