Took my five month old baby and it was such great service they even have a video stand to entertain baby during the process and they pierce both ears at a time, even give a cute little plushie at the end my baby loved it and loved the owner/worker her energy was beautiful! Milkshake I guess no one know what they talk in the store. I called for return and asked if I need a physical card or not. The lady said You DON’T need it. just talked about 30 days policy. When i go there, the manager said you need the card. I mentioned the phone call. This is what all of them told me; You did not talk to me. Okay so who I talked to??? a ghost or what?? Pandora just sucks

Ashley Rhodes My sister and I came in yesterday for me to get some permanent jewelry for my birthday. We had THE BEST experience! I’ve never been treated so well. A family owned mom and pop place. We were greeted with friendly smiles and told we could take out any of the chains we wanted to try on. They even offered us drinks during our stay. Prices are great! I will come back every time I come to PCB. Might even go back before I leave. My sister isn’t a jewelry person so she didn’t get anything, but after we left she was even raving about how kind the owners were and how much fun she had. Ladies this is the only place for permanent jewelry in PCB.
