The building is organized and the staff is friendly and helpful. Clean restrooms. Great place to wander and find great treasures!

I knew it would be challenging because of the size difference and the jewels on the band itself. Gary took me back and began working almost immediately. In less than 30 minutes, he had my ring sized from a 7 to a 3 1/2 with no loss in the integrity of the gems on the band. What wouldve been a several week process elsewhere was so easy and very reasonable! She was so nice and sweet. I really appreciated this and everyone who greeted us at the door. Isabel at checkout was also so nice and i asked her to take a knot off my Kendra Scott necklace and she did it for me and helped me with checkout as well. Nina Stockham I took 2 rings in for repairs. The band bent on 1 ring & it was very dirty. The other ring, a stone fell out & I needed it sized. I wish I would’ve taken before pictures. My rings turned out beautiful & the one I had sized fits perfectly. They did a great job! I will be back.
