5 /5 Fallon Rios: H&Q is such a wonderful jeweler, whether you’re buying something new or restoring something sentimental, they truly go above and beyond. This was my second time visiting, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. I brought in my engagement ring to be resized, which is incredibly special to me as it belonged to my late mother who passed away when I was 10. I’m very sentimental about it, and they treated it with such care and respect. In just two hours, they resized it, polished it, and returned it looking brand new. I’m so grateful for their kindness and craftsmanship. Thank yall so much! I’ll definitely be returning for any other jewelry needs.

5 /5 Brandon Erwin: Please pay attention: HQ Jewelers is hands down the most caring and professional jeweler around. I met the HQ Family 5 years ago and became a member immediately. I inquired about an engagement ring for my girlfriend and they inspired a 5 year long conversation that ended up with me picking up an engagement ring just 4 days ago. There was never any pressure and when I kept saying I didn’t know if I could afford it, they promised me that there would be no better deal on town. They were correct. I finally pulled the trigger and there was no lack of communication and willingness to answer any and all questions. Every time I would call I was the most important person in the world at that moment. I can’t wait to formally propose, and a large amount of this process will be sharing with her the amazing process from A to marry me that took place with this amazing jewelry family. Thank you is the least I can say, you’ve changed my life is more appropriate. With all due respect, this is the best jewelry store in Orlando and beyond. Run, don’t walk to HQ Jewelers.

5 /5 Ilan Boiangin: H&Q jewelers (more specifically John) is someone who my family has gone to on a multitude of occasions. John was recommended to me by my family members and I am forever greatful. Not only did John help me understand the type of diamonds, bases, and components of a ring but he did so without any sense of entitlement and was more than willing to break everything down so I completely understood. But this isn’t event the start of what John did for us. John made a custom ring for my finance based on the requirements I specified. He had a 3d model sent to me and did all of this + completed the ring and got the diamonds in less than a month! It came out amazing and his transparency led to me making the right decisions at a more than agreeable price. Once coming back a week later I already had a wedding band in mind and I was in and out of the store within 20 minutes. All this to say we highly recommend and thank you to H & Q jewelers for everything. We will be back again!

5 /5 Ares Olympius: Wow what a nice place to get custom jewelry in Orlando! When we entered we were immediately greeted by super friendly staff as well as the owner. The place is clean and open. The prices were awesome, especially when you consider the fact that this place makes their own settings and you just select the style and diamonds. The whole experience from beginning to end today was perfect. The owner guided us through each step of the process, and he’s going to have my wife’s new wedding ring complete by next Tuesday. We are so happy, and highly recommend this Jeweler.
