5 /5 Misty Paez: Today, I stopped by Kay’s to have my current rings evaluated and explore the possibility of trading them in for something special for my boyfriend. We had the pleasure of being assisted by Hope, who provided exceptional service throughout our visit. She was incredibly attentive, patient, and knowledgeable, and she offered honest guidance every step of the way. Hope made us feel completely comfortable, allowing us to view as many pieces as we wanted without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. Her kindness and professionalism truly made the experience enjoyable. We left with big smiles and two beautiful pieces that my boyfriend absolutely loves. Thank you so much Hope, for your outstanding care and service!

1 /5 Susan Alkire: I received a beautiful ring and matching earrings for Mother’s Day. The ring was too small and was sent out to be resized. I was so excited to pick up my ring and could hardly contain myself when Naomi slide my resized ring across the counter. As I was walking out I kept looking at the ring and was just feeling something about it was off and not right. I ran home grabbed the matching earrings which now no longer matched. My ring was ruined. The more I looked at it the more I found wrong. I gathered everything up in the original boxes, the bag and the tissue paper. When I got to the store was given a lot of crap and run around about the ring. I had stopped to see a friend with a jewelers microscope and he noticed chips and cracks in the emeralds as well as the white iridium was completely gone, the black iridium had run through the diamonds. This was a LeVian ring and was expensive. They returned the earrings no problem but said they couldn’t return the ring because it had been resized even though it was only purchased 10 days prior. They said “no one in the store can help me. Go home and call this number.” So basically we can’t/don’t want to be bothered by you. Go away. They ruined this ring, not me but I’m expected to just eat the large sum of money. After run around on the phone as well I was finally able to get an appointment for a call back from customer service the following day. The lady I spoke with was Lori and she said “I’m very confused as to why they wouldn’t return the ring. It’s under the 30 days. I will speak with manager when they open at 11:00 and call you back.” Which she did. she told me I was all set to return the ring. I had problems again at the store the girl couldn’t find the transaction in the computer, the manager Ally flew behind the counter “customer service said to return” in a super b**ch voice and almost ran away. No greeting or sorry. Josh finished up my transaction, it took him a while but he apologized and was the only person in the store who was helpful. Lori was very helpful as well. I will never go there again. BE WARNED the ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY AND ONCE THEY GET IT YOURE ON YOUR OWN
