1 /5 Hana G Fit: Avoid the Jared in Altamonte Springs at all costs. The manager, Robert, was flat-out disrespectful and had the nerve to ask if I paid for my own watch. Then gave me attitude over a bracelet repair, acting arrogant and dismissive the entire time. No customer service, no professionalism — just pure ego and rudeness. This place has lost all credibility. I’ll never spend another dollar here, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Disgusting behavior. Someone like that has no business working in customer service, let alone managing a store. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect. Jared needs to seriously reconsider who they put in charge. Robert should be fired.

Normally, I walk into jewelry stores stressed and overwhelmed, but they made everything fun, exciting, and 100% stress-free. They took the time to really help me, and their energy made the whole process enjoyable. This is hands down my new favorite store—thank you Tracy and Juliet for going above and beyond!

She took her time showing us through all the pieces and encouraged us to take our time trying on as many rings as we needed while also being so helpful and kind. Our experience was so special and I’m so glad we came here. I would recommend this store to anyone!
