Store Manager Marcie was wonderful to work with. Professional, friendly, and really made the process easy. I’ve purchased all my jewelry for myself or as gifts from this location because their selection is fantastic, and they always have great promotions and discounts. Highly recommend!

Everything in the store is absolutely gorgeous and I love my ring so much, the quality is amazing. Also love that I can go there anytime to get my rings cleaned. derek powell THIS GUY KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK! My wife dropped off her family heirloom for me to have a necklace made for my birthday. She told J to do whatever he thinks I would like and I LIKE. It took some time to source the right necklace and I understood his hands were tied as far as availability and a third party involved, He was transparent from the get go. Being from the service industry I know the importance of customer satisfaction and dealing with unrealistic expectations. He did the best he could and made it happen. STOKED. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

They complimented her, and walked her through the process, they really went above and beyond and made the experience easy and fast, and my sister wasnt as scared as she was going in.
