The selection of gold/silver/copper coins/bullion is impressive, and prices are fair. I felt that I got a good deal on impressive coins, and I will most certainly return!

NUR JIMENEZ I have known Matt and his son Trevor for a number of years now since they were at their West Palm location. Sad to see them go as they were only a couple of miles away from me but, I still would travel to have my repairs done. That tells you that they are trust worthy! They do an excellent job and turn around time is awesome!

James Pledger No BS. Greg was awesome to deal with, contracted him to make custom engagement ring. He kept in contact every step of the way thought the design process. Even with a somewhat short deadline I needed it finished Greg crushed it and had it done early . The ring looked better than expected and was spot on with the quote. He even stopped what he was doing to fix a shabby repair on my anchor pendant from another jeweler while I waited at no cost. Will be using Cerio’s again.

From repairs to sizing and watch batteries they are always glad to help. I took my grandmas vintage necklace they added new Rhodium and suggested a beautiful necklace. I get so many compliments is a treasure. Do yourself a favor stop in and see the beautiful jewelry and the wonderful staff. You may not need something today but you will know where to go when you need something!

Lisa Moscarello I shopped yesterday. The staff members were friendly, but we’re slow to greet me. There were two associates and I realized they had customers but felt they should’ve greeted me right away. The transactions were taking a bit of time with the customers that were being waited on when another customer came in who I overheard say she was there earlier to have a ring cleaned. I was not present at that time. The conversation proceeded with the other customer getting loud and obnoxious, stating that the ring she brought in to be cleaned, was returned bent. She then went on to say that the ring was two years old and missing one of the two stones. It seemed like she was trying to get a free piece of jewelry. The Associates then attempted to help her when they were finished with their customers. A security guard overheard and came in the store and then sent the head security guard from the mall in. The customer seemed to have mental health issues because she was talking to herself the majority of the time and being very rude to the staff members. They did their best to defuse the situation. This customer finally left stating she was going to contact their corporate office and complain. I’m not really sure what she wanted, but I was glad that she left. I was in search of the Pandora keychain. The associate was having difficulty finding it because she wasn’t quite sure what it was. She did find the bag clip that you would hang from your purse while my Internet was trying to load, so I could show her which piece I was looking for. We finally were able to identify the piece online and then she located it and I purchased it and I’m very happy. I appreciated the professionalism of the employees in the store. Alana, was the sales lead in charge I was happy to get the Pandora piece that I was looking for. Breanna, the sales associate put it in a nice little box after she wrapped it in tissue paper she asked if I would like a bag, but I declined because it was small enough to fit in my little purse.

Arrika Livingston I took my chain to get repaired and they did a wonderful job! Very friendly staff and their jewelry is beautiful. I recommend to anyone looking to get their jewelry repaired.
