Sad to see them go as they were only a couple of miles away from me but, I still would travel to have my repairs done. That tells you that they are trust worthy! They do an excellent job and turn around time is awesome!

5 /5 Bianca: I am so impressed by the service provided at Sparkles Jewelers. I walked in and the gentleman was able to fix and clean my mother necklace in that moment I didn’t have to wait days like some other places. Fast service, very efficient and my mother necklace was handled with care.

5 /5 L Stevemartinfan: They know what they are doing...and they charge a fair price. I wanted to give my son a ring that was my dads but it was much too big for his finger. Another jewelry store promised to order a ring guard but when I called a week later, I found that the owner did not even bother to order it yet. When I went to Sparkles Jewelers, Trevor tackled the issue immediately and saw that a simple ring guard would not work due to the large ring and my sons small finger size. A gold piece was soldered in and the fit is perfect. They also did this in a timely manner. Excellent knowledge and customer service. I will return for jewelry repair, but also to make a purchase from their fine selection. I feel comfortable dealing with Sparkles Jewelers. Excellent experience!

He helped us select the best clasp, did the repair while we waited, and acted as though we were long time customers even though it was our first interaction. Highly recommend this family-owned business.
