5 /5 Corey Chartier: After buying a ring from Landing Company late last year, we had a stone fall out. I was able to get in contact with the repair office, provided some info and pictures and sent the ring off for repair.
Unfortunately, hurricanes and logistics challenges caused a delay in processing and my repair request was lost for a couple weeks. Luckily, the GM at Landing Company, Colin, stepped in to get us back on track. He reached out personally to ensure our ticket was taken care of and the replacement was expedited.
Sometimes, good business are defined by how they handle challenges - not just in the quality of their products. The Landing Company has great products and we’re very satisfied with our purchase, but there are also good people working behind the scenes and who are ready to help when things go wrong.
We will definitely go back!
