5 /5 Scott Eckhart: Mark was exceptionally nice helping me with the ring selection,and suggesting how to utilize my mother’s diamond ring guards along with the new ring. I have very small fingers,(size 4.5) and other jewelry stores have been frustrating to work with to say the least. Mark really took his time.. and most of all listened to what I wanted. 2 /5 Karen Smith: My daughter and family including myself went into this store on Friday. She found a Rolex that she liked but we wanted to think about it. We went back Monday morning, even opened the store. The man who was supposed to be the manager said that the price had changed!! The sales person was standing there but he didn’t seem to care! He also said he would not call with our questions if we weren’t going to buy the watch. “Didn’t want to waste the call!! Can only call 2x a month “!!!!!!!! He said that the prices went up, and then agreed to honor the price from Friday. He continued to say how they were owned by Warren Buffet. Okay, but he wasn’t there! I wanted a box, there wasn’t one. He then proceeded to say “if you want a box to go buy one online for $150.” He tried to be condescending and tried to speak to me as if I were a child…. Didn’t work. I personally own 2 Rolex and know the product. I had the cash and was willing to pay the price agreed upon on Friday, he was so rude that we will take our 8,500$ Elsewhere.

5 /5 Cody Solari: Mark is great and very knowledgeable on everything diamonds. My girlfriend and I were visiting from Maryland. We stopped in because I wanted to get her ring size. Mark took his time educating us on everything Diamonds. We both really appreciated his time and it was great to get an idea on what kind of Diamond she would like.

5 /5 Chantal Bell: My boyfriend and I went in looking for ideas for my engagement ring. Originally, we were only trying to determine the style of ring I might like and scope out prices. Marc DAmato helped us out and provided us with multiple options to help keep the potential purchase within our price range and in the style options I preferred. Once we found a a style I confirmed I loved, we decided to look at other locations for comparison. When we went to other jewelry stores in the area, we ended up coming back to Marc in Helzberg immediately because the customer service, options, and choices Marc provided were far superior. We eventually ended up with the dream ring I wanted, in hand, and at a wonderful price with coverage and insurance options. Marc was phenomenal to work with. He wasnt pushy, he was willing to work within our boundaries, and came up with multiple solutions to help us find what we were looking for. I couldnt recommend this location and him enough!
