Boo is such an amazing person… not just as a jeweler but as someone who truly cares about his clients and their happiness. My partner bought my engagement ring from Boo back in August, and I honestly couldn’t imagine a more beautiful ring. The craftsmanship is flawless, and you can tell it was made with so much care and attention to detail. We recently went back to have the ring cleaned, polished, and appraised, and Boo was just as incredible as the first time. He takes his time with every single client, and that personal touch makes all the difference. You never feel rushed or like just another customer—he genuinely makes you feel valued. What’s even more impressive is that Boo is a celebrity jeweler, creating pieces for some of the biggest names out there, yet he’s so down-to-earth and such a good person. I came in with a general idea (based on her input) and some scattered thoughts, and Kevin somehow managed to turn all that into something better than I ever imagined. From the start, he nailed the stone selection. It hit every mark I was looking for. But the setting is what really blew me away. I’m not sure I ever clearly articulated what I was envisioning, but Kevin understood it anyway. His attention to detail and ability to read between the lines during our calls was seriously impressive. She loves it, and the compliments haven’t stopped since she started wearing it. It’s elegant, subtle, and completely her. Kevin took a half-formed vision and turned it into something timeless, something that feels like it was always meant to be hers.

Renee Jepson I have been purchasing jewelry at this store for a couple of years (gold hoop earrings, gold necklace, diamond ring) Time for a review! Ive always shopped with Alex. He, as Im sure others with Pacific Jewelry, has been fair and honest with pricing. My latest purchase was a beautiful baguette diamond ring (for Mothers Day). I prong must have been loose and a very small, yet noticeable diamond, slipped out. I brought the ring in for repair and the diamond was replaced, ALL prongs were checked and the ring was polished. All within 3 days! This store is on a busy street and it can be months before I stop to shop or say hello. Alex always remembers us. I appreciate that.
