It was very clear upon my first visit to the store that they pride themselves on their attention to detail and superior quality. I worked with Jasmine to redesign three of my rings and she could not have been more helpful. She has a wealth of knowledge and a very keen eye for design. Jennifer Loch Maitland Jewelers is an amazing, experience local jeweler. I have brought two items to them for repair/re-stringing pearls and both times they have presented creative solutions and quality, and frankly stunning, work. In addition to that, their staff could not be more pleasant and friendly! The pricing is very reasonable. Lastly, their selection of jewelry for sale is unique and absolutely gorgeous! - I have my eye on a few pieces ;)

Mariel Moreno Went in today this is the best ear piercing for Babies and adults ! My baby that has 3 mouths didn’t even cry and and also got my ear pierced and it didn’t hurt at all! I really recommend them and the lady was so sweet and nice She is amazing with babies ❤️

They were able to resize my great grandmothers ring to fit my wife and provided me with several options due to the high quality of the piece. S G I just picked up 4 jewlery pieces I had repaired and the outcome was amazing! I went in on Saturday with 5 pieces 30min before closing time & before mothers day..and they were able to fix up a ring for my mom within 20min on the spot! So friendly and accommodating. I picked up a bracelet, 2 rings, and a necklace today. The repairs are great, and the service is super friendly and fast!

I was shopping for jewelry to wear for my daughters wedding. And I left with 4 pairs of earrings, a bracelet. Mrs. candle and a bridesmaid tumbler. I joined the free reward program. Charles Stickler I met Marc & Ashley a few weeks back at Gun Show in Melbourne, At the time I, was wanting to make sure my gun was complient wth federal laws as to brace. Also, asked if they did FFl NFA and she said yes. Ashley said come to shop after a few days due to schedule of events they were going to and I said great. Arrived at store and showed them weapon and they said It was not illegal and I didnt need one. So! after thinking about I caa=lled and Shley helped me with applying for stamp and took pics needed as well as finger prints to send with application. I am not cell phone vs in taking pic and computer. Ashley said no problem and we were done in jus over 30 mins to hour. I strongly recommed Aurora Armory as they are very knowledgeable anr are really great peple to deal with as I strongly recommend them for all you needs with ammo to ATF fillings.

Rick and Jess provided us exceptional customer service while shopping for new rings in celebration of our anniversary. The store at Johns Pass in Madeira Beach is bright and welcoming. We enjoyed our visit there. Even though we do not live in the area, this will be our go-to online jewelry store from here on out!
