3 /5 Vicky Kaplan: Had 2 watches that needed batteries. Was told to come back in 30 minutes. Came back in about an hour and he said the one had water damage. I was shocked because I just purchased these watches, but I believe him. I asked about the second watch, and he had not even opened it. Waited another 10 minutes and was told that was damaged too. I was sincerely sorry to have taken up the mans time, but his attitude was indifferent. Clearly I was not wasting anyones time on purpose, a smile goes a long way!

1 /5 Santos Jomar: I purchased well over $10,000 with this store, always paid the price, today I find out that they have been selling me multi metal, copper chains. I went to get an estimate on a fix and when the Jeweler from another location placed a magnet the necklace immediately attached to it. The gentleman never turned his back nor took the chain away he stated "for security I have to test before taking it" and I recorded it. This is embarrassing, I will stay away from this store and will be looking into recovering my stolen funds. Sammy is the guy selling me the fake gold. $2k for this copper chain, lab diamonds is gonna cost you, cheaters
