Sloan Hurt I stopped in at Elie’s while on vacation. I saw a watch I loved & couldn’t stop thinking about it after I got home. I called & talked with Aiden & he said absolutely I could do a trade-in of some pieces I know longer wear. This transaction was completed through text, phone,email & UPS. They even paid for me to ship the items to them. The next time I’m in Boca, Elie’s will be on my list of places to visit. The store is beautiful & the jewelry is spectacular. Janine Roberts Vincent was wonderful to work with from start to finish. He helped me design a beautiful ring to accommodate a diamond that was left to me by my grandfather. I also needed sizing done on my wedding rings. They were sparkling when they were given back to me. Customers service was impeccable and I will be purchasing from IDC in the future.

Ashley Muller He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Was able to fix my stepsons chain quickly and explained different options for how to repair the chain necklace I brought in. Will be back!

Darryelle Wingate Associate lead Michelle was very rude & not welcoming at all! She also ignored me when I asked her questions. I came in to switch out my defective item before the years warranty was up and she gave me such a hard time on such a easy fix. The other associates in the store were sweet but She needs a total evaluation. I will not be coming back here! It has changed completely over the last year and not in a good way!
