Mikaela Horner I walked into this store after losing my ring and I have to say these were the nicest people. They went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal for what I wanted. The customer service and genuine love they have for people far exceeded any expectations. The lady I worked with was just as excited as I was to find the ring I chose. Not to mention the turn around time on sizing was same day! I will forever recommend this place.

ScareCrow1255 gaming I went to the Coastland Center Mall in Naples, FL to find something for my wife for our upcoming anniversary. Things werent looking so good as I noticed that 2 major jewelry stores had shut down. Just as I was planning to leave, I see this kiosk near the food court called "Unique Gold & Silver" and decide to see what they had. Lemme tell you, his selection and quality were second to none!! This aint no Piercing Pagoda, this was real deal stuff. 10k,14k...etc. Needless to say, I got my wife the perfect necklace at a reasonable price. She loves it!!! I was so impressed with the service as well. I had no idea what to get my wife but the guy who helped me, clearly knows his stuff and more or less can tell you what to get a person just based on little tidbits of info about that person. Its pretty amazing actually but hes clearly been doing this for a while based on his knowledge of jewelry.

Rachael DEramo Sequin, located in the heart of beautiful Third Street South, is a great jewelry shop that speaks to the younger and older crowd. Sequin has a wide variety of unique jewelry that meets anyones budget and the customer service is excellent. The store manager, Kelly, is a delight and makes the shopping experience that much more enjoyable. The other associates are also very friendly. Randall Collett I went to this wonderful jewelry store today. The customer service was amazing. Listen to my nonsense description and was able to decipher it and found the perfect jewelry that I was looking for for my wife at the perfect price. Shop local this place is great Btw. I was in a hoodie and t-shirt And was not shopping for really expensive jewelry. This is not a judgy place.

Caitlin McLaughlin Bridal: I arrived alone for an appointment after having been to another Bridal store (where my experience was underwhelming and just bleh). I felt more like a number than a customer. I arrived a little early and was immediately treated by Brittany who jumped right into pulling dresses, asking me questions, and just making me feel at home. Brittany was extremely attentive and gave me honest opinions about the dresses I was trying. She was absolutely amazing in all aspects and I cannot say enough nice things about her. Now to the store…They have a great selection and variation of gowns. Prices are amazing too. The Bridal section is laid out and decorated beautifully with easy access to search and see all of the gown options. Small town vibe with Big store professionalism. You’ve got to check them out!!

Janae Kluth Lost a small stone in my engagement ring and needed a repair - had a previously not so great experience with a smaller jeweler in Plant City so I was a little skeptical. But this experience couldn’t have been more different, everyone is so kind and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to assist my needs. I’ve gotten my ring cleaned at so many jewelers, but my husband and I both agreed that this is the best my ring has ever looked. So happy to have such a great jeweler so close to home.
