5 /5 R Re: Could not ask for better service in any way. The staff clearly loves their work and is willing to discuss with you any topic related to jewelry and what you want. Their artistic and technical skill is stunning and the prices are hands down *better* than what you get a retail jewelry places. They never pressured me for a more expensive option and clearly just wanted to make the best work of art they can. I cant recommend them enough. The two pieces pictures are a set of earrings modeled after a radial aircraft engine (yes, the propellers even spins) and an engagement ring with a moissanite stone. If you are looking to get ANY jewelry done, you may as well get it custom made because the price is not any more, but you get a piece that nobody else has and you can get *precisely* what you want. Again, I couldnt be happier, the staff is a joy to interact with and couldnt be more helpful.

5 /5 A RL: I have been looking for a place to reset my Opal pendant for several years. Since 2017, in fact. I had yet to find a place that show genuine interest, and would meet my style preferences until I ran into elements through Google at Google reviews. Jennifer was pretty awesome to work with. I showed her a picture of my stones, and pictures of a couple of settings for inspiration that I had ran across and the last several years. Then she shared with me about nine other designs to which I was able to show her more direction. See my attached pictures for the progress of this project. As it went a long, we further refined the design and it came to fruition of exactly what I wanted and envisioned. Her and Aaron were extremely pleasant to work with. Just keep in mind, her value of meeting you in person if at all possible is extremely important to her and I understand why. She wants to make sure the style meets your personality and stage in life. She truly has an artistic touch.
