5 /5 Marlo Martin: I initially visited Charles Jewelers to get earring posts put on my tiger eye roses. When I picked them up (they did a great job) I saw the most beautiful opal with diamonds ring in the case. I ended up deciding I had to give it some thought. So then the lady got out a tray of estate jewelry and I found a sapphire ring I loved. I bought the sapphires, picked up my earrings and left. But I couldn’t get the opal out of my mind, I went back to get it a couple of days later. Both times I spent time in this store all of the ladies I spoke with were super nice and we had great conversation about not only jewelry. I leave this store in a brighter mood than I entered with, I will definitely return (when I can justify to myself buying an opal necklace I saw).

2 /5 Pedro Alejandro: I took my Citizen garrison field watch in for a mineral crystal replacement. After waiting 3 weeks for the watch to be repaired. I received the watch back. However, Ive recently noticed that it is no longer waterproof as it fogs up on the inside now during rain. There are also small pieces of thread or shaved metal? I cant really tell but they are trapped inside the case now (see picture above the 9). This just leads me to believe that no air duster was used nor was it pressure tested afterwards. There is also a large scratch on the back of the case where you can tell whatever tool was used to open the case slipped. I wont be going back, Ill just take it somewhere else to get what this place missed, to be fixed.

5 /5 Fran Darrach: This is a great jewelry store. They are so helpful and nice and have done many repairs for me. They also designed a beautiful new ring for me using my mothers broken ring. It turned out beautifully. I also got my ears pierced here. You will love them!

5 /5 Lori: Our whole family has been going to Charles Jewelers for 15 years. Just recently bought a diamond cross for or newest granddaughter for her Christening. Our oldest granddaughter who is 13 now, got her ears pierced at the store when she was a year old. We have repaired many pieces of jewelry over the years and had many watch batteries replaced. Their service and prices can’t be beat.

5 /5 Claudia Boffa: Charles Jewelers are the best! I love going into this jewelry store and judging by the number of people that shop there I’m not alone. For a small family run business they have quite the following. I have used them numerous times for jewelry repair. I had a gold bangle bracelet that 2 jewelers “back home” said couldn’t be repaired. Their jeweler did a fine job with the repair. I have also had watches repaired and the prongs on my daughters engagement ring replaced. Top quality work. Honest and reasonably priced. And of course you can find the perfect piece of jewelry for yourself or your special someone! Highly recommend.
