Edi Villaman I recently visited La Escalera Jewelry, and my experience was exceptional when I entered the store. One stop Jewelry store from getting my watches serviced, had my Diamonds cleaned, and the owners are highly knowledgeable about Jewelry.

B S Very polite, professional and enjoyable to talk to. I spoke to the owners wife for about 5 or so minutes and I enjoyed our conversation and the assistance she was able to provide for me. I’m not too familiar with jewelry, gems or anything of this sort and I’m entering a world that is unknown to me, she was very professional and understanding with telling me about her products and that her husband and her would be able to work and explain anything needed for what they currently had on display or if I wanted to inquire for any custom jewelry. Truly professional and I plan on doing business with them in the near future. From a standpoint of someone who collects coins and gems for collection sake, I can appreciate the face value of perfect customer service and customer care. Thanks again for your time! Cynthia Banks I had a wonderful experience at Kendra Scott! The store is absolutely beautiful, with a bright and inviting atmosphere. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially the assistant manager, Zhaneta, and Dawn. They both went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience, offering thoughtful recommendations and exceptional service. Rachel Johnston Soulshine is the best boutique ever. As a flight attendant, I have the opportunity to shop all over the world. I choose time and time again to shop and order online from Soulshine. They give the best customer service and clothing for cost price that I’ve found. I recommend Soulshine and their social media pages to anyone I meet!

Allison Wilson Staci, and her staff, are fantastic! They take their time with each client, giving attention to each detail. After going through chemotherapy for lymphoma, the weight just will not come off, even after two years of working on it. I purchased an inexpensive band and solitaire from online (not real anything) to at least wear something to show I am married. Staci talked with me, at length, about what I was interested in having done. I had several family pieces (mothers and fathers wedding rings, pieces from my mother-in-law, and some of my own which I no longer wear), along with my original wedding set. My desire was to have an heirloom piece made with as many parts of the family and personal items as possible. The finished product is perfect! I cannot stop looking at my ring! The design suggestions and planning were spot on. I highly recommend Sullivan’s Jewelers for your jewelry needs, even if its not a custom piece.

Aretha Watson Greedy. Said it would cost 45 dollars to sodder a clean snap on a sterling silver chain. We know silver isnt an expensive metal. Trouble if you ASK me. He said its because hes located in the mall so thats costly. Lol. No disrespect Sir..but thats ridiculous! Found someone who did it in a jiffy and 5 dollars. Greedy.

Ricky Leyva The store is a blessing with an outstanding customer service. All the merchandise are top quality with the best/affordable price. They do Lay-aways. So yes, if you dont have all the money still have the opportunity to set aside that beautiful necklace or wedding ring for your wife or husband. I highly recommend this place.

More recently I inquired about my dream watch and they helped me source it. Both times the process was very professional, transparent, and communicative. I would highly recommend them for any and all jewelry and watch related questions or purchases.

Alayna I had a great experience here! The store has a clean, modern vibe, and the staff were really helpful. I bought a bracelet and necklace, and the quality is excellent for the price. They also offer a 30 day warranty in case you need any adjustments or repairs. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for quality permanent jewelry!
