Her customer service and responsiveness has been a night and day difference compared to other Rolex Authorized Dealer sales associates that I have met in the past. Melissa helped me, and I can’t even explain how smooth of a process it was (especially when wedding planning is so hectic, they made a part of it extremely easy)!
