Very informative on the limitations of how much work could be performed on the specific piece of jewelry I brought in before its structural integrity would be compromised. Rings actually looked better than new when everything was finished and the price to quality of craftsmanship ratio was beyond fair. Would recommend to anyone who needs work done on their fine jewelry.

They tightened my ring right in front of me, which I appreciated, and they even cleaned it for me. I am in the market for a wedding band and they gave me so much information and were very helpful! B S Very polite, professional and enjoyable to talk to. I spoke to the owners wife for about 5 or so minutes and I enjoyed our conversation and the assistance she was able to provide for me. I’m not too familiar with jewelry, gems or anything of this sort and I’m entering a world that is unknown to me, she was very professional and understanding with telling me about her products and that her husband and her would be able to work and explain anything needed for what they currently had on display or if I wanted to inquire for any custom jewelry. Truly professional and I plan on doing business with them in the near future. From a standpoint of someone who collects coins and gems for collection sake, I can appreciate the face value of perfect customer service and customer care. Thanks again for your time! Karen is phenomenal and professional and assembled the most stunning wedding band. Justin is also amazing, and he also has such a creative mind on creating the exact piece you’re thinking of!
