Alkire Joey “justjoey” Where do I start after a decade of purchases. Dan Friedrich and his team of staff at Zales. Have been absolutely outstanding in building our collection over the decade. Have we purchased elsewhere, yes. Has our experience been comparable, not even close. Never once have we had an issue. Prices have always been fair, service care and warranty have been top shelf. If Dan isn’t there, his selection in his staff is just as good as the next piece for your collection. Keep up the great work. We are life-timers.

MBE I had such a great experience upgrading my wedding set at this location!! I mainly worked with Ellanita but everyone at this location is so kind and helpful. I had originally picked out an oval solitaire but once it came in I changed my mind and wanted a cushion cut. Ellanita was so sweet and patient with me during every visit which I really appreciated because I was so indecisive. She helped me pick out the most gorgeous diamond, setting and band. Highly recommend this location!!

Scott Eckhart Mark was exceptionally nice helping me with the ring selection,and suggesting how to utilize my mother’s diamond ring guards along with the new ring. I have very small fingers,(size 4.5) and other jewelry stores have been frustrating to work with to say the least. Mark really took his time.. and most of all listened to what I wanted. lindsey updegrove I have taken some gold rings to be repaired here and I was always happy with results. I recently ordered a pair of custom earrings from them and they are beautiful. When I saw them I wasn’t sure if they were exactly what I wanted. Pam was super patient and helpful. She even ordered extra gemstones to see if they were closer to the color I was looking for. I will definitely be going to them for all of my jewelry purchases and repairs from now on. Highly recommend!
