The jewelry is beautifully handcrafted and made of quality materials. The store is beautiful and smells DIVINE, I must own their scent, please bottle and make it for sale!! The staff, especially Jessica are phenomenal. They know their product and sell it well. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend this location. Don’t forget to ask for Jessica and have fun shopping!!

1 /5 Raquel Hawthorne: Ordered a bracelet and a necklace, the bracelet had discoloration and some scratches on the clasp. Trying to get a hold of these people is a pain, the phone # in N.Y does not work. Their email are automated, no human. Their chat is a joke, spoke to Idis and she basically ignored me, gave up after trying to connect with her. Trying to send it back for replacement is also a joke as they want you to pay shipping even tho I sent them a photo showing the damage. DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR WEBSITE. I bought some uno when I was in Spain no issues. I think these people send you returned item, or these are not real Uno but fakes. You will have better luck buying from Dillards. Unode50 terrible customer service.
