Everyone at Bri’s was very welcoming I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and they immediately began helping me with removing some links from a watch I recently bought from an online vendor/builder. After a close look some of the adjustment screws were found to be mock and not an actual screw so the pins had to be tapped with a good bit of force to remove the links. They had the job done within 5-10 minutes and it was no normal link removal. I offered to pay double the rate because of the work and they still only charged me a single adjustment. Long review: Have you ever had something you just knew would be easy to fix if you just had the right tool only to take it in to be told sorry, cant be fixed, ship it back to the manufacturer, or sorry just buy a new one only to take it home and fix it yourself?
