The moment I walked in, I felt comfortable. Brandon, the Store Manager, and Charito, the sales professional who assisted me, were graciousness, warm, and inviting. It was like had known them all my life! They took care of me with loving care and left knowing I made the perfect purchase. Mike Connelly Underwoods is a fantastic place to do business. I asked Gretchen Anderson for help in designing an anniversary ring for my wife that included very modest family stones passed down and she did an amazing job. To be clear this was not a big high dollar project but a very modest piece. She was so helpful and it turned out perfect! I have bought several pieces there and am happy to call Underwoods our family jeweler.
