Katheryne Chester I highly recommend this jewelry store. I brought in 3 watches to be cleaned and serviced. I was figuring it would take at least 3-4 days. I was shocked when all 3 were ready within 24 hours. Batteries replaced and completely cleaned and buffed out. They are super friendly and family owned. Mary Black I cannot say enough good things about Sam. My partner took me to our first meeting with my grandmother’s gold ring and we told him we wanted to turn it into our engagement / wedding ring. I explained my preferences, likes, and dislikes but I wasn’t really sure exactly what I wanted. He showed me a lot of options and then he designed the first 2 images. Melissa Maneri I walked into Dover Jewelry disappointed with prior appraisals on a ring - they were honest, said it was worth a little more they what I was told, and said they would do their best..... 48 hours later and it was sold for double it was appraised for! Ive also had a set of earrings and a different ring fixed (lost diamonds) and it was fixed perfectly, quickly, and affordably. The Dover Team was welcoming, communicative, and knowledgeable every time Ive come to them. They have exquisite taste and you can tell by their inventory (and the team :-).
