Brittany Hubschman I’ve worked with Matthew’s Jewelers in Plantation before, and they have always been wonderful to work with. Most recently, I worked with Alan, and he went above and beyond to make the experience seamless. We designed three rings together, and he created 3D resins so we could try them on before moving forward with the casting process, which was such a helpful step. We were also on a tight deadline for one of the rings, and Alan was able to have all three completed in time. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and customer service was all outstanding. I couldn’t be happier with the final pieces and the entire experience. Highly recommend Matthew’s Jewelers!

Jaclyn McClellan Was looking for a special charm for my charm bracelet to remember this milestone trip and found this sweet little jewelry store. The young girl there was super helpful and found a pair of scrap sand dollar earrings that she turned into a charm for my bracelet! She even found this extra cute kitty charm! She got it soldered together in 2 hours before I left town and I couldn’t be more thrilled with how it turned out and my experience!

Westminster Edouard I was charged $200 for an extra link for my bracelet. Instead of actually adding the link, they worked the last link to lengthen it. Furthermore, they had to refund me $300 that was charged on my card as tip.

Danielle Jacoby BRAGGING RIGHTS!! My boyfriend tried to find a jewelry store to make a custom design engagement ring and Kilman Jewelers in New Smyrna Beach was the only one able to. Lisa from start to finish worked closely with my boyfriend perfecting every detail. The jeweler Dave brought the imagination to life. We can’t thank the staff enough for going above and beyond helping to make that forever moment truly unique. We highly recommend to everyone for all your jewelry needs, special occasions or custom pieces. This is now our one and only trustworthy jeweler. Milkshake I guess no one know what they talk in the store. I called for return and asked if I need a physical card or not. The lady said You DON’T need it. just talked about 30 days policy. When i go there, the manager said you need the card. I mentioned the phone call. This is what all of them told me; You did not talk to me. Okay so who I talked to??? a ghost or what?? Pandora just sucks
